Return Policy

- final sale items;

3. Items Received Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect

5. Return Shipping

6. Exchanges

These cases may not qualify for free return shipping or full refund unless otherwise required by law or approved by our team.
13. International Returns
For international orders, customers are responsible for understanding any return shipping costs, customs requirements, duties, or taxes associated with the return.
We are not responsible for:
- customs delays on returned items;
- import duties related to the return;
- shipping fees paid to local carriers;
- parcels lost during international return transit.

14. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery of an order without an approved reason, or fails to receive the parcel causing it to be returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping fees, handling fees, or other costs incurred from the refund amount.
This also applies to cases where inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer results in a failed delivery.
15. Fraud Prevention and Abuse
To protect our business and customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected abuse, including but not limited to:
